The Higher Seminar in Business Studies

In a world of uncertainty and rapid change, aspects such as social responsibility, sustainability, ethics and conduct are today critical to achieve sustainable success. In this seminar, Jacob Hallencreutz and Love Westin will present their recent academic research based on the EPSI Rating framework (Westlund & Eklöf, 2002). Their research suggests that organizations perceived as sustainable by the market and its stakeholders are rewarded with benefits such as improved customer and employee satisfaction as well as improved financial performance.


Jacob Hallencreutz is Group CEO of EPSI Rating Group, Associated researcher at the department of business studies, Uppsala university, and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Department of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Quality Science, Uppsala university.

Love Westin is Head of Analytics at Svenskt Kvalitetsindex AB and PhD-student at Mälardalen University (Division of Innovation Management).
