Workshop - Paradox Theory

The Higher Seminar in Business Studies

Questions:
What  are the core assumptions of paradox theory? How does paradox theory  converge/diverge with contingency theory? with dialectics? other  organizational theories?
What are we missing in paradox theory? What don’t we know? How can our existing theories challenge and inform paradox theory?
How can insights from paradox theory inform our understand of the phenomena we study? inform our theorizing in general?
